Gulp task to generate all files from `countries.json`

Yep, now everything's generated from countries.json, including SQL file.
But generated files are in repository, so in future please make changes to this file and run gulp default command.

Thanks for pull requests with fixes in titles, currencies, etc, this version includes recent changes as well.
