Description

The local server in OpenCode keeps crashing unexpectedly during use, which prevents me from accessing the model. While the task itself doesn't get interrupted, the interface freezes right after I grant permissions.When I restart it will recover again.

Steps to reproduce

I discovered this serious issue while using the opencode go package. And unlike when calling other APIs, this has affected the output of the agent.It appeared automatically. I'm not sure what caused it.I have witnessed the same phenomenon on both my Windows computer and my friend's Mac computer.

This problem even occurs even when AI is not being used. When I am in a state of prolonged inactivity, this problem will also arise.

I met this problem too! Finally I go back to version v1.14.33 and everything just all right. The problems may be associated with electron, because in the latest version (v1.14.48), the web and desktop opencode have tons of problems but the cli is fine.

I found that this bug always pops up when running multi-agents concurrently, though it might also depend on how long the processing takes. It leads to two problems: 1. Can't open the multi-agent details page, and 2. The main agent shows no response after finishing.
