openssl cmp support

SUMMARY

openssl since version 3 support CMP (Certificate Management Protocol) to request / update certificates from a CA. Similar to ACME protocol.

Would be great if Ansible Module is created which can execute at least IR (initial registration) and KUR (key pair update) to allow automatic certificate rollout via CMP protocol.
