Support for guest CPU affinity

SUMMARY

When deploying a VM via vSphere WEBGUI in a cluster without DRS we have the possibility to set an affinity set for the CPU Cores of the VM. This feature is useful in some scenarios where we can't use the Latency Sensibility, but the CPU Pinning is required.
