Remove Work around for JavaGateway

SUMMARY

In order to get a few versions of Zabbix Java Gateway working (looks like only on RHEL9) we hat to create a temporary .env file in /etc/zabbix because the startup script would fail otherwise. Once Zabbix fixes the problem, we need to remove the fix (located in the RedHat.yml task file
