Improve getting server type availability information for locations/datacenters

SUMMARY

Getting the current availability of a server type is maybe a bit too complex, having a way to get this information easily might help users to write their playbooks.

I was thinking of a module called server_type that gets dc and return info. Something like combination of datacenter_info and server_type_info.

I am not sure how to best improve this.

We might want to be able to have an augmented view of available server type in both datacenter_info and location_info. Extending those 2 module with extra data when requested to keep the API request low might be the best option.

I don't know if having a dedicated module for this is better.

This feature still needs some thinking, feel free to dump you ideas here.

I found this doc in API documentation.

If we call API once to get all server_types available, we can loop through them and find what locations they are available in.
