Ansible community package releases dates

We want to ensure the Ansible community package always holds the most up to date hetzner.hcloud collection. To do this we must cut any new major releases before the freeze date of each community package releases.

This issue is used as internal notes to track due dates to ensure that goal.

Each new release of the Ansible community package will come with a set of due dates.

Due date for inclusion in the Ansible community package 12 is 2025-06-16.

Today we released the version 5.0.0 to be included in the Ansible community package 12.
