ims_ddl : auto_commit, dynamic_programview, simulate and verbose option are not taken into account

SUMMARY

The online, auto-commit, verbose, simulate, and dynamic_programview parameters are documented, but aside from the validity check, these parameters are not passed to the zddl module. (verbose is set to True)
In fact, sysindd statement are built as it is done in catalog module for example.
Moreover, verbose is set to True when passed to zddl.
