Assignment_group and work_notes in servicenow.itsm.incident module

Hi all,

In our basic daily work, we need to write work_notes and change the assignment_group for a given incident number, but we see that this module doesn´t have any parameters for this.

Until today, we are doing this by the old way (snow_record), but we expected itsm collection could do this.

¿Do you know if there are any way to do this with itsm collection, or is planned to include work_notes or assignment_group in servicenow.itsm.incident module?

the additional parameters can be specified under "other" parameter. For example reassignment:

  gather_facts: no
  tasks:
    - name: Reassign incident
      servicenow.itsm.incident:
        instance:
          host: <host>
          username: <user>
          password: <password>
        number: INC0713869
        other:
          assignment_group: "2a02017a87eeb054319562073cbb3583"
      register: result

and for worknotes:

    - name: Comment incident

        instance:
