Add a file with collection versions to the ansible tarball

The deps file or something similar which lists the collections included in ansible with the versions of those dependencies will be good as it makes it easier for people to see what shipped in that version of ansible.

In case it may be useful, the build-release role has a small script that templates out a galaxy requirements.yml file:
