Add OpenSuSE ansible-test image

A starting point would be the last OpenSuSE ansible-test image that was removed with this commit: ansible/distro-test-containers@61505c7

There's now a Tumbleweed image. It would also be great to have image(s) for the stable version(s), but I don't understand enough about the versioning system yet to be able to properly work on it.
