We should make sure that https://github.com/ansible/ansible-documentation/blob/devel/.github/workflows/build-package-docs.yaml (i.e., the full package docs build) is run as part of the automatic docs build dependency PRs. Right now, we only run the automatic RTD build that's only the minimal coredocs.
