ansible-lint-ignore should accept patterns for file names

Specifying all yaml files individually in .ansible-lint-ignore is not maintainable. Instead it should be possible to use a regex,globbing or at least work on prefixes to exclude entire roles:

# don't check some-rule on role foo
roles/foo some-rule skip
