Move Vagrantfile to tools/vagrant-linux folder. #283
The
Vagrantfileis currently in the root and a bit out of place there. It along with any related docs, but better located under the tools folder and labelled as being for linux system administration purposes. (Eventually we will need to address other setups like a Windows lab environment.)This is dependent on #268 being merged first.
