Add '-p' option for individual sequence actions

I generally only use test in CI. When I'm having to troubleshoot some issues I want to interactively run create, prepare, converge, idempotence, and verify so that I have an opportunity to debug the platform at each of those stages of the sequence. It would be really great to have -p available for all these actions instead of having to modify the scenario molecule.yml file to remove all the other platforms.

That original phrasing got me confused and I had to work a little bit to figure it out. Yes, I agree that --platform/-p option should be available for all actions (and implemented in a single location).
