Partial Time Blocks in week view #223

Problem Statement
Bars relative to the duration of an event on week view.
Proposed Solution
It would be very useful to be able to see partial bars relative to the times on the events. I have included a screenshot that contains a partial event I was able to emulate with google charts timeline view.
Expected Impact
this would let a user identify conflicting events easier.
