MathJax formulas not included in exported HTML

🐞 Description of the bug

MathJax formulas do not render correctly when exporting a report as HTML. The exported report displays a “Math Processing Error” message.

📝 Steps to reproduce

1. Create a report template
2. Create a report item that uses MathJax
3. Export report as HTML
4. Locate and open indext.html in a browser
5. Observe “Math Processing Error” where formulas should render.
