Detect when `pymapdl` is run by an agent

The agents could benefit from specific outputs:

• Json output style
• Simplify/expand some information
• Add a FLAG, argument to activate agent mode (AGENT_MODE=true pymapdl list or pymapdl list --agent-mode)
• Add a warning if we detect an agent is running and the flag is not set.
