The certus IMT operation defaults more to unsolicited operation when it comes to using IMT messaging. This is signified via IMTMTRING appearing on the modem.
Currently, we use UNS=0 to only receive solicited messages, max two per session. This should be updated so that the buffer containing RING is acknowledge before continuing and messages dealt with.
