carbon icon integration with VS Code

I fired up this starter-kit a few months ago and instantly noticed the amazing integration of carbon icons INSIDE html tags. And every icon is auto-imported somehow. I have tried to replicate this on other projects with other VS Code installations, but have failed miserably. I've searched around various sites/npm pages and still havent managed it. Antfu has a plugin for VS Code, but it didn't seem to make a difference.

Does anyone know how this has magically been done?

Also, you can just put tailwind tags inside html tags without class="". What is this wizardry.
