[Bug] Unable to Trigger View Render and Watch with reactivue 0.4.4

Describe the bug

I am currently using reactivue version 0.4.4 in my project, and I am having trouble triggering view render and watch when I update data. Here is the sandbox https://codesandbox.io/s/gracious-edison-dxo755?file=/package.json

I have tried change the project's dependencies and rebuilding the application, with the version 3.1.5, everything worked fine.

This could be caused by conflicts with dependencies from version 3.2, resulting in improper page updates.
