[BUG] Recent VSC extension update seems to have Claude hanging up occasionally.

What's Wrong?

When running long-running tasks or multi-agent commands, occasionally it will just get stuck on the spinner. It appears to be working, but will sit there indefinitely updating the spinner verb without actually doing anything.

I noticed this happening recently, but because I have a workflow that I'm updating a lot it took me a bit to figure out, so I'm not exactly sure how many versions back on the VSC extension this stared happening.

I reset my VSC extension version to 2.1.185 and it's no longer happening. Something in the more recent updates is flaking the process.

What Should Happen?

System should not hang-up or fail without handling.

Sigh.... I thought it was working on an older version of the extension but after a few hours today it started happening again.
