[BUG] Rolling 5-hour usage limit not resetting

My apologies if this is not the right place to be but please send him my way, would greatly appreciate any help

I'm seeing an issue with my rolling 5-hour usage limit that I'd like investigated, really need some help here.

1. In a prior Claude Code session, an agent unexpectedly spun up around 120 sub-agents on its own (I did not request a multi-agent workflow) and consumed roughly 1.2 million tokens almost immediately.
2. Since that incident, my rolling 5-hour limit has been maxing out repeatedly for the past 4-5 days, even during periods when I have not been actively using Claude.
3. I deleted the session where the incident occurred, expecting that to stop any residual/background consumption — but shortly after my limit reset, I was already showing 40% usage again with no active use on my part.
4. This has been on going for more than 4 days now.

I need to know if:

1. Whether that session is still being counted against my current rolling window
2. Whether there's runaway/background activity on my account I'm not aware of (e.g., from another device or session) (p.s. I have already terminated all sessions and re logged on)
3. Whether this is a billing/limit calculation bug that needs correcting

I even resorted to subscribing to 20x from 5x thinking it would solve the issue. but it doesn't, the limit just keeps burning through itself none stop after the 5hr cool down has been reached.

Would greatly appreciate any insights or help as this has been affecting my company for quite a bit, I'm thinking of starting a new account just so that this delay can go away, but before that I would wish to try to solve this instead.

yea same for me iv contacted anthropic support multiple times and they say there will be in contact but never are
