Title: GitHub connector never completes App installation — write access fails with 403
Summary: Connected the orlagilroyhk-maker/awaywithya repo to a Claude Code session. Read access works, but every write attempt (git push, and GitHub MCP tools create_branch/push_files) fails with 403 Resource not accessible by integration.
Root cause found: On github.com/settings/installations, the "Installed GitHub Apps" tab does not list "Claude" at all (only other unrelated apps — Render, Vercel — are installed there). "Claude" only appears under the separate "Authorized GitHub Apps" tab, which is a lightweight OAuth-only authorization, not a real App installation with repo permissions.
Tried: Disconnecting and reconnecting the GitHub connector in claude.ai settings. This did not create an entry under "Installed GitHub Apps" — the underlying installation step appears to be silently failing or being skipped.
Expected: Connecting a repo for write access should result in an actual GitHub App installation on that repo with Contents: Read & write permission, not just an OAuth authorization.
Repo affected: orlagilroyhk-maker/awaywithya
