[BUG] Claude tag environments cannot access docker

What's Wrong?

Similar to this ticket, when using Claude Tag environments, it is impossible to connect to Docker. Unlike the linked ticket, there is no workaround to use a custom environment as this option doesn't exist for Tag.

docker: error pulling image configuration: download failed after attempts=1: denied: Host not in allowlist: production.cloudfront.docker.com. Add this host to your network egress settings to allow access.

What Should Happen?

Claude Tag instances should be able to access Docker
