[Feature Request] Integrate other LLM installed through CLI for multi-model routing in Claude Code

Bug Description
It would be great to be able to better leverage other LLMs using a more integrated approach; after all, OpenRouter's Fusion system would be very useful if it were directly integrated into Claude Code.
