@BillGrieser-Antithesis has noted that the workload building won't move off the minimal deployment topology that research puts together. the goal of the minimal is "bare minimum" not a "you shouldnt go beyond this".
i think we need to put more smarts into workload to know when it should go beyond the minimum. ideally docs would contain enough information to power this as it is something that is equally applicable to agents and humans.
