[antlr/antlr4] Sync changes in grammar from antlr-ng.

The `tokens { ... }` section was expanded to bypass a problem with the token order generated by the Antlr4 tool. A better solution is to just rename the .tokens file. We need to resynch the .g4's with antlr-ng.
