Surelog verilator not handling null ports #233

I've just opened https://github.com/alainmarcel/Surelog/issues/1286
It is a mirror of verilator/verilator#2874 and verilator/verilator#2875 .
I've opened the issue here as well because fully supportiung it requires verilator changes in addition to the Surelog parser changes.
