Create a website/landing page for checkpoint package

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Checkpoint doesn’t have any landing page as of now. This will be really helpful to showcase the package as well as provide various links/resources for the package (Documentation, Executable Link, etc.)

Describe the solution you'd like
A website using React.JS should be created on website branch.

Below are the screenshots of how the basic layout for this website should look like.

Hey @RakeshPotnuru, sure go ahead. Although the designs aren’t finalized for now you can go with your own designs. Take a look at the docs (checkpoint.antriksh.live) for some inspiration.

@antrikshmisri As there are no designs I will try to take inspiration from other packages landing pages. Also, there is no branch called website?

What about front-end tools?
I use sass and bootstrap.

Hey @RakeshPotnuru As I said earlier you can ahead with your own designs. Regarding the tools you can use whatever you are comfortable with, sass and bootstrap should be fine. Also, make sure there are links for the documentation website as well as the github page. Thanks.
