Reduce checkpoint size by compressing the hashes

Currently, the hashes generated after encryption are too long, which results in the large-sized checkpoints.

Compress these hashes to reduce the checkpoint size

Jot down a list of alternate solutions, in place of compressing the hash, that can be used for reducing the overall checkpoint size
