What criterias are used to include projects?

I've noticed that some projects aren't findable on the map.
Were minimum star count and/or the repository's state (i.e. ignore archived) used to collect the data?

We're they perhaps new enough to not exist when the dataset was analysed?

The repository was made in 2022, so in the mentioned timeframe and should've had a few stars in 2022 through 2023...

In general are projects under my user account not suggested. One of them having existed way before the data here was obtained...

Looks like it was taken from bigquery-public-data.samples.github_timeline which is incomplete (i.e. there are no info from my repos and no repos of Evolution CMS maintainer Seiger). Maybe bigquery-public-data.github_repos would work better?
