Setting the height of a TextArea does not persist

Describe the bug
You can set the height of a TextArea from the Properties Panel but this prop gets reset when the component is reloaded

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

1. Add a TextArea to a Form
2. Set the height of a TextArea component from the Properties Panel.
3. Adjust a property of the component or close and reopen the form.
4. The height of the TextArea resets
