Occassional TypeErrors

Hi all,

Every once in a while (across multiple apps) we end up with TypeErrors:

TypeError: Failed to fetch dynamically imported module: https://cdn.skypack.dev/pin/[email protected]/mode=imports,min/optimized/tabulator-tables.js

The traceback is to this line:

from tabulator.Tabulator import Tabulator

I'm generally under the impression that users are retrying and it's working then. Best guess is there's a sporadic network 'blip' causing the fetch to skypack to fail. But I wonder if anyone else has ever encountered this or whether there's a work around?
