Clipboard Events not firing

Hi, I tried to use Pasting Data feature on the anvil tabulator and ran into an issue where the mutatorClipboard and the clipboardPasted call back function where not being triggered. I have made a minimal setup to test the feature and I believe it may not be working correctly because I think I have set it up correctly however as I previously stated the callback functions are not triggering.
