Set new terra-drs-hub header "X-App-Id" to "anvil_drs_downloader" #79
Description
Terra-drs-hub has been enhanced to support a new header to the resolve endpoint to enable gathering metrics and tracking the end-user clients resolving DRS URIs in Terra. The name of the header is X-App-Id and the correct value of the header for the drs_downoader is anvil_drs_downloader
Please add this header to the terra-drs-hub resolve requests:
"X-App-Id" "anvil_drs_downloader"
