Separate job to save logs #13
Description
When the testgalaxy1 job times out no other steps are run. This means the handler logs and job information is not saved. While some information will always be lost, the cluster hasn't been destroyed yet so handler logs can still be saved and Galaxy can be queried for job statuses.
