Problem

I would like to request the implementation of the Omni-Optimizer in pymoo. It is cited in the your references but the implementation of the components

• NDS with a dynamically calculated epsilon
• crowding distance in obj. and var. space
• binary tournament selection with the nearest neighbor
  are missing.

Implementation of the components.

Alternatives

Currently, our group uses its own implementation of the components. But it would be more practical to use in-built components in pymoo.
