Web UI fails to load

After updating to v1.16.0, when opening Web UI in Chrome on Windows, nothing is displayed.

From the logs, it couldn't load the following urls (404):
http://127.0.0.1:8639/canvaskit/chromium/canvaskit.wasm
http://127.0.0.1:8639/canvaskit/chromium/canvaskit.js
