Firehose “early eof” error when processing latest (unfinished) epoch

It appears that fetching slots from the current (unfinished) epoch causes an error.
The below issue occurred when the current (latest) epoch was 874.

Yup this is the correct behavior. You can only go to the tip of what is in old faithful currently. Totally open to a PR if someone wants to surface this error a bit better, we do already have a function for discovering the tip of old faithful IIRC
