Add support for multiple signers for Multisig controlled accounts

Token program has many ixs which allows Accounts to be authorized by multisig and need multiple signers to sign the tx

Hey @febo I'm currently working in the transfer_hook extension that have the possibility for multisig on the update instruction how, want to hear your thoughts on this issue, how should we approach :)

like being able to pass

pub signers: &'a [&'a AccountInfo]

and using invoke_slice

Ig to implement this we can write s new fn like invoke_with_multisig and then pass signers this way so we can still maintain backwards compatibility
