Support 3rd party Programs

what do you think about extending Pinocchio to support 3rd party Programs (via CPIs), like Raydium, Whirlpool, Pump.fun, and so on?

Motivation: speed-up adoption across the ecosystem (piggyback degens mostly)

The only thing that stops me from the "flooding" the programs folder is that I have a different vision on the app, and think it should contain only official Solana Programs, especially after moving the Pinochio under the Anza's namespace.

So... maybe make a different project with helpers to perform CPIs for 3rd party apps, and in the Pinocio main README.mdsimply leave a link to that repo, and that's it? Will it make the trick?

IMO it's probably best to keep this repository to only core programs and sysvars.

I'd like to see this Pinocchio Codama integration PR get over the finish line, so folks can generate their own CPI crates for 3rd part programs.
