Cann you make this patcher for the German wow.exe?

There is no need, you can just use the German language files in the enUS client (which is also the most stable, iirc some of the localized clients had random crashing issues in some configurations which the enUS client didn't)

Here's how:

1. Get the 3.3.5a enUS client (clean archive) (checksums)
2. Copy the Data\deDE folder from the German client over to the English one.
3. Edit WTF\Config.wtf and change SET locale "enUS" to SET locale "deDE"
4. Done. You can now delete the Data\enUS folder if you wish to remove the English language.

The same instructions work for other languages too, just replace deDE with frFR, esES, ruRU, zhCN, etc.
