Create a Grafana Dashboard for Kindnet Network Metrics

Kindnet exports metrics for all the important network features, it will be nice to have an official grafana dashboard.

This dashboard should:

• Display essential metrics like network traffic (bytes sent/received), packet counts, error rates, connection counts, latency and resource usage (CPU, memory).
• Help users understand network traffic patterns and identify potential bottlenecks.
• Enable monitoring of network health and performance.
• Facilitate troubleshooting of network issues.
