The mask classifier's file name is classifier_mask_closeup.cap but its name is classifier_mask_openvino

We should make this a test. We test stuff for consistency within the repo (such as making sure there's a code.LICENSE and model.LICENSE), and we might as well test our expectations that the capsule name matches the directory name
