[ISO] No colouring allowed for the text

Only allowed decorations are bold, italic and underlining, and even those should be avoided if possible. 

So, at least our links styling should be changed, and perhaps something else - notes titles? Other usages of bold font?

This is going to be enforces by the editors from ISO, but could be useful to verify the paging and styling before submitting for review.
