[ISO] Tables should be numbered globally #17
Description
I assume the numbering should be global thru the document, not per chapter as for notes and examples.
- Tables shall be designated “Table” and numbered with Arabic numerals, beginning with 1.
- A single table shall be designated “Table 1”; that is, a number is always required even if there is only one.
This is probably done best with the filter.
