Collect more application cases using APISIX plugins

Hi,

I am Yeliang Wang, from the Apache APISIX community.

As of version 2.11, Apache APISIX has supported abundant of plug-ins:

1. Kafka logger, rocketmq logger and skywalking logger are supported in real-time log processing……
2. of monitoring, Prometheus, skywalking and datadog are supported……
3. support Dubbo and mqtt in terms of protocol……

so, it also has a good performance in traffic and serverless.

but, APISIX has provided powerful plug-in functions in its recent release, no more application cases have been collected in the community and shared with developers in need.

Therefore, I call on all developers to contribute "more application cases of using APISIX plugins" for Apache APISIX, so that you can not only share your technical experience with more developers, but also participate in community contributions.

Finally, if you have a good application case of using APISIX plugins, you can tell us in three ways:
