Min/Max values for strings (more details please)

Hi,

The ADBC docs mention that min/max column value statistics can be stored differently across drivers. I’d like to integrate these with DuckDB’s StringStats, but to do that I need more clarity on the binary representation—specifically whether it reflects the actual value, or if it’s truncated or transformed in some way.
Any additional detail or guidance would be greatly appreciated.
