[Failing Test]: ValueError in yaml for Python SDK

What happened?

When packaging apache beam 2.62 in nix ( NixOS/nixpkgs#379201 ), the following tests

    apache_beam/yaml/yaml_transform_scope_test.py
    apache_beam/yaml/yaml_transform_test.py
    apache_beam/yaml/yaml_transform_unit_test.py
    apache_beam/yaml/yaml_udf_test.py
    apache_beam/dataframe/frames_test.py

fail with

ValueError: Unable to run pipeline with requirement: unsupported_requirement
